Project Description:

Project1:

Integrated Financial and Human Resource Management System (IF & HRMS), aimed at computerization of the Department of Treasuries and Account and for the effective and efficient functioning of government by integrating management of both financial and human resources. It shall take care of activities of the Finance Department right from preparation of budget to receipt of compiled accounts of the State by bringing the Department of Treasuries and Accounts, other departments online and ensuring real time updation of government financial transactions. Project2:

Siebel CRM is a Banking and Finance project principally engaged in the design, development, marketing and support of customer relationship management (CRM) applications. Main aim of the project is to open an Account for a customer(Individual and business), then adding some value added products(credit, debit, interest, loans) to the customer account and providing proper service to the customer queries.

Responsibilities:

Prepared Test Scripts based on user Requirements.

Performed smoke testing and sanity testing before starting the testing phase.

Execution of the prepared test scripts in ST and SIT phase.

Analysing the defects by comparing it with error pop-ups.

Expertise in Bug Report and Tracking process.

Interaction with customers and helps in resolving their doubts during ST and SIT phase of testing.

Highlighting the issues by giving proper explanation.

Providing support during the UAT phase.

Resolving issues with the external Team.

Handling of raised defects and documenting.

Perform Regression each and every time once the issue has been resolved.

Testing the actual scenario in Production Environment too. Technical Skills:
