ACADEMIC PROJECT DETAIS

Project: Structural and Thermal Analysis of Disc brake. Software: Auto cadd, Creo3,Ansys Workbench 15.

• The motive of this project is to analyse the performance of disc brake for different materials under the same working condition and compare their impact on stress concentration, structural deformation which will be obtained using above software package.

• Finally, completed the structural and thermal analysis of disc brake for the gray cast iron material. The maximum and minimum value for various parameters were obtained. INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AND WORKSHOP

• Undergone Inplant Training in DIESEL LOCOSHED, Southern Railways, Central Workshop, GOLDENROCK from 19 Dec 2016 to 24 Dec2016.

• Participated in national level workshop in the title of “CFD in /automobile Application” organised by the SAE INDIA in Sri Krishna College Of Engineering, Coimbatore, on 20 Sep 2014.

• Participated in one day national level two-wheeler technical service training workshop organised by Nicola Eductional and Research and Institute, Chennai, on 16 Aug 2015. ACHIEVEMENT
