JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Reports To: BDM
Prepare DSR of all employees and make report end of the day.
Make weekly expense report of all salesmen check & verify and submit that.
Make schedule and arrangement of demonstration (Campaign) for salesmen.
Prepare Design from vendor for pamphlets and check, verify and confirm with dealer and salesmen.
Prepare design from vendor for banner and check and confirm with dealer and salesmen.
Dispatch banner and pamphlets timely and same confirm with salesmen.
Send monthly finance scheme of Bajaj finance, HDF and Capital finance to all Salesmen, Distributor and Dealer.
Make arrangement of Sales meeting at end of month.
Dispatch Marketing material as per salesmen, distributor & dealer requirement.

Reports To: Director Operation
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update
Program files in the database as needed.
Keep records of various reports, lead generations, keep records of each sales employee and maintain sales records.
Handle B2B portal like India mart, just dial & trade India.
