Experience in Kiln: kiln allignement in 18Meters Replacement of kiln shell project work.

Inspection of Kiln, Rollers, Tire’s, Thrust Rollers, Pinion Bearings, alightments, migration-check in Maintenance.

Having knowledge in condition and monitoring of all equipments bearings, gear boxes and fans vibrations.

Responsible for coordinating and planning daily maintenance and repair activities.

Knowledge of spare parts, material handling of mechanical equipments and man power Maintenance.

Ability to evaluate break down analysis and lubrications analysis and maintain history reports

and documentation.

Ability to plan for routing preventive maintenance and scheduling Work. Above all safety

first, maintain avoid accident.

Co-ordinate with electrical, instrumentation, quality control and maintenance department

Participate in maintenance planning and maintenance work.

Coordinate with external contractors for mechanical contract jobs and evaluate their work.

Carry out modification jobs to remove reoccurring mechanical problems under guidance of Maintenance Manager.

Monitor consumption of consumables and control consumption whenever needed.

Supervise all activities and keep all documentation up to the date.

Kiln shut down planning, preparation pre-fabricated items making ready, Fabrication spares drawing preparation

Plant housekeeping safety aware ness.
