a)Amin-Off Plot Water Injection Development – PDO – Detail Design

• 4 nos. individual gross infields CS - PE lined headers (18” NPS app. 4.6 km, 10” NPS app. 1.5 km, 18” NPS app. 4.5 km, 10” NPS app. 4 km) from each RMS area to the Amin station for collection of gross fluids from all new MSV units.

• CS - PE lined pipelines (28” NPS app. 4.5 km) for transporting gross fluids from the new Amin production wells to the Amin station.

• CS - PE lined pipelines (24” NPS app. 3.5 km) for transporting gross fluids from the existing NFA gross production at Amin field area to the Amin station.

• CS - PE lined pipeline (18” NPS app.3.5 km long) from the Amin station to the existing 34” NPS KMW-Nimr Station gross fluids pipeline for transporting emulsion fluids for further processing at Nimr Station.

• CS - PE lined pipeline (32” NPS app. 10 km long) for water injection from the Amin station to the Amin field, WI Infield Headers (2 x 24” NPS app. 4 km & 6 km long) and water injection manifolds/sub-headers (10 x 12” DSS /12” CS – PE variable length) for routing of water to the flow lines of individual WI wells.

• CS (6” NPS app. 1.8 km long) pipeline for gas receipt from SOGL via Amin Steam Pilot Project tie-in.

b)Wadi Latham to Al Barakah – 32 km Pipeline Project – OXY (Feed + Detail Design)

• 16” CS pipeline from Wadi Latham pig launcher to Al Barakah pig receiver of approximately 35 km long, with one Block Valve Station in between for future Tie in.

• Pig Launcher facility at Wadi Latham Area

• Pig Receiver facility at Al Baraka Area.

• Tie in from the new 12" Pipeline Pig receiver to Existing Pig receiver in Al Barakah Area.

c)10” Farwest to CPF Pipeline Project – OXY (Feed + Detail Design)

• 10” CS pipeline from Farwest pig launcher to CPF pig receiver of approximately 12 km long, Above Ground Pipeline.

d)Greater Rima Off Plot Field Development Project – PDO (Detail Design)

• 23 Nos New MSVs

• 23 Nos 10” & 8” A/G headers starting from the New MSVs connecting to the Remote Manifolds.

• New 24”, 28 km, GRE (U/G) Pipeline from Runib to Rima, looping with existing 20” GRE Pipeline inside RNGS.

• New 24”, 9 km GRE (U/G) Pipeline from Thayfut to Runib-Rima intersection, replacing existing 8” CS pipeline.

• New 14”, 14 km, GRE (U/G) Pipeline from Runib South Off-Plot manifold to new 24” GRE pipeline at Runib, replacing existing 8” CS-PE pipeline.

• Two 10” DWD disposal (A/G) flow lines of CS-PE of each 6.0 km length from DWD Phase-1 to new DWD wells.

e)Marmul Rationalisation Project – PDO (Feed + Detail Design)

• 8” Above Ground with CS – PE/ROTO Pipeline of 8km from Sludge pit to Marmul Main Production Area.

• With permanent Pig Traps

f)AP RTQ Flare Gas Recovery Project - PDO. (Feed + Detail Design)

• 6” Under Ground GRE –Pipeline of 30 km from Thuleilat via Qaharir to Marmul Main Production Station.

• 4” Under Ground GRE –Pipeline of 7.2 km from DWD/WTP to Marmul Main Production Station.

g)Runib Flank Development Project

• 5 Nos New MSVs

• 5 Nos 8” A/G headers starting from the New MSVs connecting to the Remote Manifold

• One 18” (A/G) Pipeline lines of CS-PE of 2.0 km length from Runib Manifold to Runib Gathering Station.

• Two Tie-in inside the Runib Gathering Station.

Responsibilities

–Preparation of various technical specifications and material requisitions for speciality items like pipeline isolation valves, pipeline fittings, barred tees, flanges etc

–Development of the Basis of Design and the project schedule for the design and detailing activities

–To carry out various design calculations like line pipe wall thickness for various design factors and across various types of road crossings

–Development of specifications for pig trap systems based on various project specific requirements like different materials of construction, applicability of various codes and standards and pigging requirements

–Provided specification for piping elements such as valve and flange.

–Preparation of Survey scope of work for pipeline route survey and survey of new plot for pipeline facility.

–Preparation and checking of Wall thickness, Hydro test pressure, Road crossing and PE lining Thickness calculations as per International codes standards.

–Carrying out all associated Pipeline Engineering Calculations such as thickness analysis, combined stress analysis, upheaval buckling analysis using OTA and K Peters method, Crossing Calculations etc.

–Preparation and checking of Pipeline Design basis

–Attend site quires and provide engineering support to the construction and commissioning team..
