Description:

Developing a variable part program instead of step to step program in the CNC machining, thereby reducing the time and number of steps involved in the program.

Responsibility:

●Understanding variable CNC programs for the machining of rotor blade grooves.

●Develop and Implement CNC program for the given problem statement.

●Verifying and reporting the graphic simulation for the tool paths which is carried on regular rotor using the CNC program.

“Friction stir welding on dissimilar aluminium alloys by using pre heated H13 tool.”

Description:

To test the Quality of the friction stir weld between two aluminium alloys (AL60&ALH30) by using the H13 tool.

Responsibility:

●Understanding the friction stir welding on dissimilar aluminium alloys.

●Designing H13 tool and observing its working condition using CATIA.

●Test the Impact strength and Hardness of the friction stir weld.

●Preparing the NPD Documentation such as PPAP, MSA, and SPC study for releasing the Prototype to production.

●Reading the stage III drawing and making the sheet metal calculation for press work.

●Making the sheet metal drawings in AUTOCAD for easy representing to do in press working
