OfficeTimer is a unique employee timesheet software that enables enterprise to estimate, assess and observe employees involved in various projects and related tasks for their quality and billable value by scheduling and tracking hours worked and paid time off. Customized timesheet periods help project managers to assess the weekly, bi-weekly and monthly progress of an employee and the projects they are working on. It can be integrated as part of Payroll systems to pay salary to employees based on time worked.

Responsibilities:

Worked and collaborated with diverse teams in the organization to enhance and integrate new features on the existing OfficeTimer’s timesheet software.

Organized meetings and discussions with stakeholders and end users to understand the project requirements.

Created Power point presentation and Scope documents to identify a feasible scope for a given release.

Automating the scheduling of employees increases productivity and makes many secretarial and manual scheduling positions obsolete. Keka scheduling software track vacation time, paid time off, sick time, compensation time, and alert when there are conflicts. As scheduling data is accumulated over time, it may be extracted for payroll or to analyze past activity. Assigning schedules allows employer/ project managers to see when specific employees are scheduled to work and to compare employees’ actual reported work time to their assigned schedules.

Responsibilities:

Involved in Business Process Flow development, Business Process Modeling, and Analysis.
