I was the final point of contact on Gazprom’s Shtokman FPSO Project, Phases 2 and 3, which is a Russian-controlled gas development in the center of the Russian sector of the Barents Sea. It was my responsibility to review, technical reports, specifications and other technical data for consistency in formatting, and structure before it was submitted to our Russian transcribers. Our team involved; cross-company collaboration, utilizing many disciplines, interfaces and deadlines. We successfully delivered over 2,500 documents in English and Russian.

Maintained all project files hard copy and electronic to and from client and all subcontractors; this included all letters, transmittals, faxes, emails, etc.
Formatted and edited specifications, reports and other project and contractual documents.
