Performing Security updates of McAfee DAT files on PCs. Adding/Removing Trust Relationships from PCs, on The Network Domain, which do not meet Security Standards. Troubleshoot various Hardware / Software issues on PCs. Checked Active Directory to Add/Remove user rights. Wrote Batch Scripts to map user drives. Responsible for troubleshooting network related issues like LAN / Wireless connections. Responsible for configuring Mobile Phones to Synch with Corporate emails. Worked on script to automate installing Smartview / PRL software on the RIT device. Determined root cause, when devices were not connected to the network. Primarily used Network Sentry/NAC to Add/Remove, devices from having access Sensitive Data within the Network. Also used HP Service Manager to view the network, and work tickets.

Worked as a member of the team responsible for maintaining RIT (Remote Intelligent Terminal). This included Troubleshooting any related Hardware/Software issues on the device, as well as any network related issues connecting to LAN/wireless. Worked to develop script to automate determining which network adapter the device was using at the moment to connect to the network (Wireless/LAN). Read Log files to determine root cause for faulty devices. Updated devices with latest Mcafee dat files, with latest Virus definitions. I was also responsible for ordering replacement parts, and services for the RIT devices.

Worked as a consultant on large-scale projects, developing through the full life cycle of different java components. Developed a prototype Wireless application that would be used to extend a regular Internet application.
Was part of a development team lead by Apple that developed a project initiated by the department of defense in order to build a single integrated health record for all DOD employees where a web browser were to be used as the front-end, with java code in the middle tier accessing a database of health care records.
