Document Control Administrator July 2014 – February 2018

Document Control role included the creation, editing & updating of company policies, forms and procedures. Analyzed documents for proper update and release. Updated the necessary documents and completed tasks in order for a timely preparation of annual third party audits (BRC, Organic, and Non-GMO).

Took over responsibilities for Administrative Assistant while that employee was out of office or while position was vacant; greeted & checked in visitors, received purchase orders via EDI or email, sent/received packaging, scanned internal documentation into system, completed order documentation for customers, answered/made phone calls, sent/received correspondence via email, fax & letters, and coordinated delivery appointment schedules with third party carriers based on time, warehouse space & employee availability.
