ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER 12/2017 -Present

A provider of operations, safety, and maintenance of a Base Operating Support Services contract at the Ft. Meade Army Base in Maryland. Assists in managing the responsibilities for all aspects of assigned projects, contractual requirements and delivery of the same to the customer, Directorate of Public Works, located at Fort Meade. Ensures effective oversight and proper coordination and support of all resources. Provides recommendations and assists with defining/managing the project’s objectives throughout the life of the contract. Works closely with the Project Manager and Vice President, Facility Services Management in the preparation of yearly budgets, department goals, and contract pricing renewal packages to include preparing contract labor hour requirements and changes, developing supply and equipment requirements/changes and other data required for contract pricing. Utilizes several CMMS programs including, GCSS-Army, Maximo, GFEBS, Builder, as well as RS Means.

Corrected a two (2) year discrepancy with GSA Vehicle inventory accounting for 100% of assigned vehicles.

Working with the Government’s Real Property Officer, completed the first wall to wall inventory to 100% accuracy of Government assigned assets in four (4) years accounting for over $1.5 mil in assets.

PROJECT MANAGER 11/2016 – 2/2018

A provider of operations, safety, and maintenance of an IT and Base Operating Support Services (BOSS) contract/subcontractor for the Department of the Army Contractor at the Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah and Washington Headquarter Service, Maryland. Managed a PWS, FFP and collective bargaining contract valued at $4 mil and $22 mil. Lead a team of 9 managers and 123 Collective Bargaining staff members in Facilities Management, Compliance, Base Supply, Real Property, Property Maintenance Services, Grounds/Roads Maintenance, Quality Control, Work Control, Operations, Environmental, Safety, and Health, IT, and Engineering Services. Utilized Maximo as the company’s CMMS program initiating DMO’s, SOO’s, OWO’s, Preventative Maintenance schedules, PMO’s, and IJO’s to 100% completion. Integrated Maximo into GFEBS to maintain Army/IMCOM’s plan to fully utilize GFEBS as the one and only CMMS program. Coordinated special events, snow removal, tree/shrub planting, and sign installation with the grounds/roads maintenance. Ensured work order estimates are accurate and within +- 5% of the total value. Assisted Work Control with base facility maintenance to include HVAC, Electrical, Structural Maintenance, and Civil Engineering work. Implemented, along with the Directorate of Public Works an effective Building Representative Officer (BRO)/Facility Manager program to streamline the work order process. Contract valued at over $48 mil with over 300 Collective Bargaining employees. Coordinated ground/roads maintenance activities to include preparing base for special events, tree/shrub installation/removal, snow removal events, and improved base grounds appearance for over 7000 acres. Utilized Maximo as the company’s CMMS program. Assisted Public Works with contract modifications, negotiated IDIQ rates and provided estimates for contract modifications. Managed the base custodial/janitorial/grounds contract for over 300 buildings and 7000 acres of improved and unimproved areas.. Managed SOW, FFP and collective bargaining contract at the Youngstown, Ohio, Air Force Reserve Base valued at $55 mil. Led a team of 6 managers and 120 Collective Bargaining staff members in Airfield Management, Contract/Operations Compliance, Base Supply, Fuels, Real Property Maintenance/Services (HVAC, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Carpentry, and Structural Maintenance), and Vehicle Operations/Maintenance. Coordinated an effective snow removal program ensuring base roads and flight line were cleared in a timely manner without affecting mission requirements. Improved grounds appearance year round by providing a well trained staff and maintaining a Country Club appearance to the base grounds at all times.
