• Underwrite 3 to 4 loans daily; Turnaround time 24-48 hours.
• Collaborate with team members in decision making and assist in clearing conditions.
• Review and approve conditions for compliance and completion of loan file within 24 hours.
• Maintain current knowledge of agencies and investor requirements.
• Assist in development of policy, procedures, process flows, and integration of new investors.
