Supervisor - Supervised crews aerial & underground. Set up work & inspected work after completion. On site engineers. Drew up plans for permits for city easement jobs.
Foreman – Running crews, paperwork, checking with O.S.P inspectors, check quality of work, checking traffic closures, making sure crew was off the road in time, keeping time sheets, redlines.
Fiber Optics – Knowledge of pulling continuous lengths of fiber, overriding existing cables. Going from aerial to underground and back to aerial, plus figure eighting.
Street Work – Knowledge of street cutting, trenching, lane delineation per OSHA, backfilling with slurry mix concrete, asphalt patching and paving. Potholes and repair existing broken conduit in street.
Boring – Able to bore streets, driveways, sidewalks, highways, using wet bore rack, and pneumatic missile, dry bore. Concrete work on sidewalk panels, repairs, street pothole repairs, etc.
Open Trench – Knowledgeable of blueprints from utility, build conduit per print.
Aerial – Hang new build strands & Cable, do wreck out, delash, & relash existing cable. Know GE095, do anchors, down guys, dead ends, slack span, queen’s post, cross arms.
Mechanical – In the field repairs on equipment. Hydraulic line repairs, broken trencher chains, truck repair, etc.
Landscaping Maintenance – Irrigation planning, planting plants installing timers, knowledge of all the equipment & water main tie INS.
Masonry – Designed Commercial & Residential wall and landscaping, built Retaining Walls. Freestanding Walls.
