CURRENT POSITION:
I Am currently working as a WirelessComplex Billing Representative utilizing a variety of tools. I am familiar with making account adjustments to resolve billing issues as well as participating in weekly conference calls. I previously worked in wireless doing order management. I also worked E-care Escalations as well as various other projects. I completed technical support training as well as evaluated sales by calling the customers to find out what their customer experience was with sales. I worked as a special projects team Lead. My job was to train and assist reps in completing special projects as they became available. I worked in wireline long distance as a billing agent.

I resolve billing Issues adjusting the account after researching the account and determining if the customer is due an adjustment to their account, or making account changes such as feature changes, Contract adjustments.
