Handle all faces of Air & Ocean logistics: Bookings, Insurance, Reefer Cargo (Perishable Goods) and Hazardous Cargo. Works closely with Carriers to maximize tariffs’ rates. Worked closely with custom brokers with IE shipments: 7501, 3461, ISF entries. Invoicing. Check completed files for accuracy of chargers and information. Handle perishable goods via air freight.

Accurately prepare quotes, Negotiate service contracts with carriers. Monitor workload and assist if needed. Visit principle customers regularly, Monitor traffic and cost for efficiency.

Successfully work with AES-Direct for electronic SED filings, proficient use in MS Works, Word, Excel, Quick Books, Magaya & Oasis Programs, ISF filing,, Oversee container loads.
