Provide executive leadership to several key programs, including the primary care service line, PCMH, physician wellness and engagement, new provider onboarding, and provider mentorship. Responsible for directing and coordinating all medical and related clinic services of 119 primary care providers throughout Pinellas and Pasco counties. Serve as the primary liaison between administration and assigned physician staff to remove barriers and align patient care strategies. Provide physician oversight by assessing clinical performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and deploying strategic plans to encourage sustainable program growth.
