Planning and organizing in collaboration with the finance manager on all matters pertaining to employees’ salaries, bonuses ... etc.
Familiar with Bank processes for opening labor bank accounts.
Familiar with monthly salary transfer bank upload files.

Thorough knowledge of Kuwait labor law, follow up main company file and projects status with the Ministry of Affairs and renewal of licenses (commercial license, authorized signature, customs clearance, materials and Booking tickets airline and hotels for employees, etc.)

Preparing gate pass for entry to Kuwait ports for employees, vehicles and heavy equipment.

Controlling and follow up on issuing and renewing driving license for drivers and company vehicles.
