Home Health Certified facility certified and restorative certified

I've been a cna for almost ** yrs. I started off working at Ivy Hall in Elizabethton Tn I worked there from Dec 2004 to April 2005. Then I went to Pine Ridge in Elizabethton Tn I worked there from August 2005 to December 2008. Then from August 2009 to September 2014 I worked at Pine Ridge again. Then from September 2014 to October 2017 I worked for Hillview Home health. Then went back to Pine Ridge which is now called Signature Healthcare of Elizabethton started back there in October 2017 to now June 2018. I am restorative certified.
