Visually inspected molded parts for abnormal defects. Set-up injection molding machines to run molded parts. Made process changes to programs when defects occur. Performed over-head cranes duties to load and unload dies. Changed and modified robot jigs to takeout molded parts from dies. Accurately logged all data on work logs.

Operated multiple machine to manufacture a valve from forged metal. Implemented quality checks on parts at different stages of the manufacturing process. Use of measurement tools such as dial indicators, digital calipers, ring gauges, and micrometers. Responsible for meeting production quotas of over 3000 pieces a day. Responsible for implementing quality audits on product to insure that parts are within spec throughout the day.

Responsible for minor maintenance and cleanliness of my designated area. Responsible for changing cutting tools on machines such as grinding wheels, regulating wheels, cutting tools, sensors, and other cutting blades.
