Compliance:

Assist the CEO, CFO, and CCO in the oversight and monitoring of Funds under Trust for Advised Portfolios (MST-TAP), to ensure compliance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and GAAP regulatory authority principles.

Collaborate with Advisors to establish guidelines on soft dollar and 12b-1 issues.

Implement and prepare compliance surveillance/procedures, including trade allocations and limitations stablished by the Securities Act of 1933, Investment Company, and Advisers Act of 1940 guidelines and various regulations as applicable.

Participation in Funds’ setup/closure, including review of guideline specifications, accuracy of process and compliance.

Undertake special compliance/Fund related ad-hoc projects.

Finance & Accounting:

Calculate cash projections for fund’s capacity, investor capital/dividends distribution of the portfolios.

Calculate Funds’ NAV, and performance (monthly, quarterly, semi/annually) for portfolios consisted of Alternatives, Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.

Collaborate with Fund Accounting and TA teams to resolve month-end trade and settlement issues.

Oversee and reconcile trading reports and custody statements generated be Fund Accounting and Custody teams.

Prepare and supervise Funds’ Financial Statements/Notes in accordance to GAAP regulatory authority principals.

Operations:

Act as the Funds’ primary liaison for cross-communication of critical information between firm’s departments including recognition of operational issues via investment guideline interpretation, and collaboration with Portfolio Managers (“PMs”), Controllers, Legal, Accounting, Quality Assurance (“Q&A”), and Relationship Managers (“RMs”).

Assist and supervise the annual independent audits including: discovery, research, and resolution of transactional/pricing issues within the internal/external channels.

Prepare and oversee the statements and regulatory documents for the assigned Funds including quarterly Board Books for Director’s Meetings.

Recognize issues/concerns via investment guideline interpretation and cooperate with the AIS group, PMs, Investment controls, Legal, accounting & QA to establish the proper course of action.
