Travel

Organized national and international travel arrangements for Directors; made all arrangements including itinerary, cost estimates, authority request, approval, record of travel, calculation of expense claims with different currency exchanges (Belgium, Switzerland, Australia, United Arab Emirates, China, Ecuador, Finland).

Event Planning

Organized retirement gatherings for Director with 125 people attending.

Organized catering for meetings.

Acted as the Lead on the divisional Social Committee (organizing events, maintaining budget, minutes and action items).

Finance-Set up, organized and managed the new divisional store, working with the budget spreadsheet, inventory and purchasing of supplies. Assisted with the planning of divisional events such as Employee Appreciation Day breakfast, Employee Annual Picture.
