PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

As Project Director; monitor and oversees 9 Residential Programs, 7 Community Home Supervisor (CHS) and 2 Assistant CHS’s and 45 direct support staff (Residential Assistants). Supervision of staff (up to 50) on daily tasks, performance and employee development. Review Individual Support Plans of employees, monitor progress and provide any disciplinary actions, if needed. Provide coaching methods in regard to performance and productivity. Handle and organize schedules of Residential Assistants and CHS’s. Comply with Chapter 6400 Regulation Guidelines, policies and procedures of the organization. Prepare for annual state licensing inspections, visit all homes and consumers, quarterly. Monitor program operation by recordkeeping, tracking and program documentation per site. Adhere to any and all incidents, enter into Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) System for recording. Ensure safety in homes to meet needs of clients. Perform home and school visits. Interview and hire new employees, handle onboarding and training of new and current staff. Budgeting; maintain and monitor company credit card purchases, submitting receipts and requests. Tracking of staff schedule to balance budget with schedule vs overtime schedule.
