● As an assembler at the Coleman Company I help to piece together the different parts that make up the cooler. Some of the jobs consist of putting the hinges on the cases setting the lid (if required) inside the case and the liner to send it down the line to be finished, this job is called loading.
● I can also operate the pour station. That is where you let the urethane go into the cooler and put the liner inside the case and put into the fixture the hold the shape of the cooler.
● Other jobs consist of using minor power tools to drill the drain hole and put the drain in, screwing the lids on, if the coolers require wheels or hands we put those on as well, and lastly the pack out station where we put the finished product into the shipping boxes and wrap the skid. I can preform all these tasks as well as the heavy lifting we have to do.
