Main Duties:
3 4 Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and all correspondence. 3 4 Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
3 4 Generate the various document control reports as required. 3 4 Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs. 3 4 Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable. 3 4 Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.

3 4 Receive the candidates CVs by e-mail and classify them according their qualifications and filing them with other related, Documents (Candidate history, CV without contact and interview evaluation sheet). 3 4 Receive all requests related to my field and understand the needs of the client. 3 4 Advertise all new job openings through RP weekly newsletter (Each week). 3 4 Screen for matching candidates, arrange for preliminary interview and finally send the selected candidates CV's.
3 4 Organize the workshops in the company or outside. 3 4 Receive the feedback from the client after the interview (if candidates CVs were accepted or rejected).
