QUALIFICATIONS: Forty plus years in the automotive industry. Capable of the management and production of any size body shop. I've always had very good performance from my men, and their respect. Experienced in all phases of body, frame, unibody and paint repairs. I am very knowledgeable and familiar with all major insurance company DRP programs and policies. Very experienced with payroll, auditing and finalizing repair orders. I-Car certified 18 credits. Very knowledgeable in Pathways, Reynolds and Reynolds and UCS. Minor experience with Mitchell and ADP. I can write an estimate as good, if not better, than anyone in the business, but my expertise is in the running and production of a shop.
