Achievements –
1.Telefonica - Awarded Best Employee of the Year Award in 2006 in Telefonica Long Distance of PR for exceeding revenue goal exceeding $100 million in sales.
2.ARB – Helped raise net profit by 20%. For changing the AS400 Accounting System with MAS 200 which enable us to prepare Income Statements by “Profit Centers” and variables that were affecting the bottom line. After managing those variables. We declare dividends for the first time in fifty years.
3.Puerto Rico Waste Industries – Reduced the cost of Overtime by 17%. ($170k weekly for 2,000 employees). Worked with the implementation of Project Accounting in which employees were accounted by percentage of completion of projects in order to properly invoice our customers.
