• Participated in the Mechanical and System Design Team (R&D) to bring a start-up company in less than five years to just over 500 Million dollars of annual revenue.

• Designed the 600 - 2000 Amp Modular Plant System. This highly modular system was later requested a patent for its unique concepts.

• Redesigned and restructured the Scalable Plant offering (2k -10k AMP) for deployment to high power needs of central offices of dominate telecom companies, such as AT&T and Verizon and MCI

• Designed, documented and released product designs with all respective documentation to meet project, cost, reliability and safety goals/targets for numerous power system platforms
