Project Managing
Negotiate and finalize contracts for special project requirements.
1 Oversee the construction of HVAC (wet and dry), plumbing, process
Piping and high purity piping systems. From projects up to $9.5m.
2 Manage design/build projects from conceptual to completion by working
Closely with owners and our staff engineer through all phases of the
Construction process.
3 Review proposals with the estimating staff and make final adjustments
To bid packages prior to transmittal to customers.
4 Complete responsibility for purchasing major equipment, awarding
Subcontracts, defining the materials to be used for each
Project/system, establishing document control procedures, creating and
Maintaining construction schedules, submitting billings, estimating
Change orders to $350,000, reviewing project cost reports, and
Forecasting manpower requirements.
5 Attend meetings with the owner or construction Management Company,
Architects and subcontractors to report on progress and discuss and
Resolve conflicts.
6 Major projects include: commercial, high rise to 30 stories, hotels,
Condominiums, schools, university buildings, hospital, medical office
Buildings, data centers (up to 3 stories), clean rooms and laboratories.
Estimating
1 Use Quick Pen and Maxwell Estimation, Mc square, Timberline on screen take off Inc. software packages for
Estimates on HVAC/Plumbing/Process projects to $12 m (plan and spec).And design build.
2 Prepare conceptual bids for projects to $8 m.
3 Review bid specifications, documents and proposals to determine the
Scope of work and required contents of the estimate.
4 Write scope letters describing exclusions/inclusions in bid.
5 Attend job walks relative to the bid prior to bidding dates.
6 Obtain and evaluate quotations from properly qualified equipment
Suppliers and subcontractors
7 Provide technical assistance in “change orders”, “as-built” drawings,
Submittals and “O&M” manuals as required.

Proficient in the usage of Timberline, Estimating Course, Quick Pen,
