Final project:” FATIGUE STRESS ANALYSIS OF AN EXHAUST VALVE OF AN IC ENGINE”

Today most of the Exhaust valves of an IC engine undergoes heavy stress and thermal loading during its operation .Therefore we fatiguely analyzed an exhaust valve using ANSYS software and was drafted in SOLID WORKS .Analysis was done by comparing the results obtained from different materials used for producing the exhaust valve and the best alternative material that can be used as an exhaust valve is recommended along with suitable results.

Mini project:"DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF MAGNETIC GEAR ASSEMBLY”

Even though mechanical gear is widely used in various fields it do suffers from some serious disadvantages of wear and heat generation .So that we come across an idea of making magnetic gear of permanent magnets which overcomes the most of the disadvantages possessed mechanical gears.
