During the time since graduating, I have accumulated a solid practice experience in accounting field. This experience has been extended beyond the limits of local markets and encompasses int’l markets; I have developed sound expertise and compiled the necessary skills in the following domains: A) Accounting Responsibilities :

Preparing weekly reports showing cash position, liabilities, and expected cash flow & annual financial reports Payable overseas accounts, following receivable accounts, vendors/ supplier accounts, and ensuring a disaster recovery plans.

Evaluating customer’s financial positions along with providing recommendations on credit terms.

Reviewing purchase orders according to company policy and verifying reconcile quantities/ prices according to shipping documents.

Preparing cost sheet for imported cargos and reviewing customs documents of release to complying calculations of customs duties/ VAT.

Preparing Financial statements including all detailed analysis/ Trial balance/ Balance sheet/ Trading account/ Profit &Loss accounts/ Bank reconciliation for company accounts (for all accounts & all currencies).

Controlling the process of overall spends from A to Z against company’s budget profiles & conducting variances and productivity analysis in order to monitor any deviation.

Revising the current accounts with sister companies on monthly basis.

Reconciling between manual reports and computer reports.

Preparing monthly payroll for all the group companies (Eight Companies).

Coordinating with the administrator in charge of ensuring that all group employees are socially insured and that all fees have been paid on due time and reviewing also the calculations of each employee share direct contact with Human Recourses in regarding of updating financial data for each employee

(salary increase, salary decrease, fees, hiring, resigning).

Verification of reports and schedules for payroll issuance/ process which being submitted by Human Recourses Department & Payable Accountant.

Finalizing data entry for each employee’s payment in his bank account.

Opening payroll account for freshly hired employee, finalizing & solving any issue rise with bank due to salaries transfer (wrong account number, closed account, etc

Statistical complies/ Payroll data from different sources (i.e. Time sheet/ Payroll/ Salary adjustments/ Longevity pay/ Union dues/ Benefits/ Leave balance/ and Tax deposits).

Other duties that can be assigned from time to time according to payroll issues.

Capable of performing detailed study of accounting issues.
