AL-Dar-Laing o Rourke - UAE. is the joint venture between Al-Dar Group UAE and the laing o Rourke UK for the construction of a multibillion Dollar commercial, residential and recreational project at Al-Raha beach Abu-Dhabi near the new Abu-Dhabi airport. The project consists of huge development in a 10 sq. km area near the beach. The concept of the project was to have onsite facilities development team which can develop the projects starting from concept to final handing over. As the project was divided in different sectors and I have been responsible for the coordination of MEP works, supervision, subcontracting of 7 residential towers, One five star hotel (Obroei), Marina, water taxi and the Al-Dar headquarter Building.

General Responsibilities:

Technical & general management of the areas of Project Controls, Compliance and Auditing

Responsible for managing & supervising engineering contractor’s team.

Closely monitor the construction activities to ensure their adherence to project scope of work, policies, procedures, codes and engineering standard.
