I start from tailoring the system equipment and contacting international vendors and local distributors to get the best quality with low prices to fit with the project budget.

The system built on two networks: LAN and enOcean wireless. The hardware consisted of: PLC controller, enOcean-based protocol Module, set of enOcean receivers and open sensors. And the system front-end which is hosted in the server.

The software developed using visual C#.NET, and it works with PLC software to provide the following features:

Doors Statuses, the system collects doors statuses from the open sensors that are fixed on them

Visual Notification, door icon will be changed from green into red when it opened, and into yellow when its alarm got acknowledge

Audio Notification, a siren will be operated whenever any door is opened

Interact with the system, the system allows security officer to acknowledge the alarm and clear it

System Logs, statuses changes and actions will be registered in log with date and time

Customizable, the system can be customized for other requirements and features

Automation system of private villas: scheduling projects wbs, managing technical team members to deliver clients with full home automation system that allows villa residents to centralize the control of lighting, ac, blinding and exhaust fans for the various areas within the complex. The system can be controlled via a bunch of control tools such as touch panel, iPhone app, motion sensors, door sensors and the conventional push buttons. The AC system is controlled via external temperature sensors, which give the current temperature degree, and then it will control each AC unit by set of relays. In addition, the system includes 7.2 Home theatre and CCTV system as well as.

Automation System UI: the system front end allows the villa residents to control lighting, AC, blinding and motion sensors as well, the software is operated in touch screen, and it control beckhoff PLCs via Ethernet,

I developed this interface using visual C#.NET and photoshop for graphics, the software reads xml file which encapsulates area devices each time the user change the area he want to control or get its status then the devices classes will be initiated and read their corresponding values from PLC and draw the graphical representations of devices.

Lighting control system of Ajman Culture Center: Held set of meetings with client representative and gathering requirements, analyzing the collected requirement, preparing proposal system scenario and documentation along with estimated budget. After approving, scheduling the works and defining breakdown structures, coordinating with technical team members and starting project works. Monitoring works and budget.

The system consists of network equipment and control devices, it aims to control lighting by occupancy status as well as time schedule. the software reads motion sensors and buttons statuses and operate set of relays that are connected to lighting fixtures

Lightings control system of Central Market: lightings control system for the Souk and Retail building, the concept of the system is we have bunch of PLC controllers (Beckhoff) are connected via Ethernet network and they control DALI ballast of the lighting fittings and all the system can be controlled by the front-end user interface which is web-based application. The user interface allows the operator to add and modify time schedules of the lightings system and enable/disable occupancy sensors.

Library Management: a library management application; developed it using C++Builder and Oracle as Database system. The project consists of two parts: the librarian application, which created to help him in library management operations (such as registering students, adding books and make the book searching easy by entering different criteria), in addition to the most important task that give the librarian information about the borrowed books (the books borrowed days). Moreover, the student application lets student navigate the books by different criteria and view some statistics about the books.
