Responsible for certificate for payment, prepared and evaluated change orders, submittals, RFI, Scheduling and other documents related to the construction required by the Owner. The project was built on budget and time. Completed through 4/15 to 1/17.

Storage Choice - Estimator / Project Manager Dallas, TX. $1 million. Duties included scheduling, submittals, RFI’s, and invoices were all managed properly on day to day basis for the reinforcing steel & accessories. Job duty would also require me to meet with the superintendent to ensure customer satisfaction and address any jobsite issues. The project was built on budget and time. Completed through 2/16 to 11/16.

MD Anderson Cancer Center - Estimator / Project Manager Houston, TX. $1.1 million. Responsible for estimating and managing the reinforcing steel portion of the parking garage.
