This wonderful career called upon my natural skills as a dogged researcher and clear writer, and allowed me to develop story ideas, create program themes, direct field shoots, and utilize my professional writing and editing skills. It also allowed me to travel the world managing production crews, and to interview some of the most accomplished and well-known scientists and adventurers in our midst - a privilege I will never forget.
