Overall expertise

Over ** years project management experience in EPCC Overseas Projects encompassing Oil and Gas Onshore, Petrochemical, Power Plants and Pipeline projects with time spent both in Site or Head Office. Deep working knowledge with all aspects of the Project Management e.g. FEED, Fabrication and Installation, Commissioning, Turnover, HSE, QA/QC..

Hands-on experience in roles such as Project/Control/Services Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Planning Coordinator with Oil / Energy companies and managing contractor organizations (EPC), the last 10 years working on “Mega Projects”. Good knowledge of major forms of contract including economic evaluations and FIDIC standards.

Update the site plan and inform those concerned when progress is falling behind and maintain a constant check on materials and equipment delivery dates, monitoring of site progress and preparation of weekly look ahead to maintain objectives and agreed milestones.
