Legal Accomplishments:

Reviewed, interpreted and applied over a hundred municipal, NY State, and federal codes, laws and regulations, guiding clients through complex municipal and governmental approval processes. Led directly to the installation or modification of nearly every cellular telecommunications facility on Long Island.
