Profile

I have management skills and customer service skills that put me above most

people when it comes to efficiency and doing the task right the first time. I am an enthusiastic worker looking for a job that allows me to connect with my guests and challenges me by keeping me busy and on my toes.

Experience

Office Manager/Store Manager: Dinkey Creek General Store & Camp Fresno

2016-2018. Shaver Lake, CA

In this position I was in charge of running an entire camp ground that was home to more than 50 large cabins and held 300-350 guest at any given time. I took reservations and had to do so in a very old school manner, so a job with technology involved would make my job seem like a walk in the park. I ran payments, took care of the rental agreement that the guest had to sign, making them liable for certain damages and or breakage or rules. I actually created that rental agreement from my background in not only correct verbiage but also knowledge of the law. The store was a little easier to run but required skill much like the campground in customer service and multi tasking. I also dealt with distributors and ran the cafe. Buffalo Wild Wings 2015-2016 Fresno, CA

I was a server at this establishment. I worked long and late hours, sometimes coming in early from a very late night. My customer service skills were very much polished here. Nothing compared to the experience I gained from my most recent job but prepared me nonetheless for what was to come. The main skill I gained her was teamwork and delegation. Delegation was by far the most difficult skill for me to perfect given my nature but I am grateful for the opportunity to have achieved that here.

Chipotle 2014-2015 Fresno, CA

In this position, I excelled extremely quickly. I was promoted to FAX within a couple months. FAX is a position for to-go orders. I shouldered the responsibilities of an entire front of the house team all by myself in the back. There is no limit to the amount of orders that could come my way. I also handled catering which is a large order along with my many individual orders. This position was demanding, stressful, and my sole responsibility.

MERCEDES RAMIREZ

This was my first restaurant position. Here I really learned what rising through the ranks really means. I had to prove myself every step of the way. I started as a host. Greeting people, being the first face that the guests see was my job. I learned to project a positive atmosphere and truly make the guests feel welcome. After proving myself, I was promoted to car-side which is a to-go position. This is the first encounter with not only multitasking but also with being detail oriented. If anything was transcribed incorrectly or proper follow up questions were not asked, the whole experience for the guest would be tainted and the restaurants reputation would be tarnished. Shortly after proving myself here, I was promoted yet again to server where I really thrived. Everything I learned and honed was really tested. Education
