Human Resourcing (Long/Short term):

Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends.

Recruitment and selection processes and placements of employees in right job(On Roll & Contract)

Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.

Compensation and Benefits System:

Monitors the company wage and salary structure, pay policies.

Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
