Regional Manager with full responsibility for all IT initiatives in 9 facilities across 6 states and Canada. Deliver, implement, and project manage full scale implementation of MES, SAP, QAD, EDI, Sequencing, JIT, eKanBan, and ERP to each facility. • Successfully managed our most complex full plant merger integration project, to completion without production loss

• Recovered 29% revenue back into plant by strategically reconstructing the MES, ERP and process flow
