The In Store Services business team is looking to expand its overall In-Store OEM Mobile Repair business. In 2016, the business expanded the Apple In-Store Authorized Service Provider Model to 232 stores. In June 2017, BBY became the first Apple partner to offer Apple Screen repairs in a Miami area location. The business plans to record results from this repair model and scale this out to more stores in 2017 and 2018.
