Shift Field Engineer.

As Manager of the new J3 gasification/sulphur project and operations.

Capitalizing on the cost of importing LNG by generation of synthesis gas.

Review of vendor PFDs, P&IDs, Isometrics, GA, LDTs, Control Narrative and C&E diagram.

Prepare Hydro test loop, Flushing plan, Leak test loop, SOP, Proving plan, PSM. Commenting and correcting of deviations in the documents and coordinating with detailed engineering contractor for rectification of the same.

Supervising of erection jobs with construction team

Ensure the correct equipment and piping layouts.

To ensure understand ability of DCS by Panel Officers & learning about the Technology.

Monitoring clean build & hydro test with construction team

Planning of pre-commissioning/commissioning activities.

Process related vessel trim test & inspection.

Preparation of system marked up p&ids & reviewing of contractor submitted documents.

Check listing at site based on final revision of p& id.
