Lead the evaluation team to define the project scope and cost coordinate and participate in team activities, including: preliminary project technical plan, including concept selection, Brownfield verifications, project risk assessment, constructability review, issues identification workshop, lessons learned workshop, cost and schedule estimating basis and FEED planning.
