•Assigned to the Brownfield projects in West Africa. These development projects ranged from $35M to $97M. Conceptual/pre-feed experience was required. Lead the evaluation team to define the project scope and cost coordinate and participate in team activities, including: preliminary project technical plan, including concept selection, Brownfield verifications, project risk assessment, constructability review, issues identification workshop, lessons learned workshop, cost and schedule estimating basis and FEED planning. Reviewed and advised project managers on ongoing projects, planning activities and constructability issues

•Coordinated the efforts of multiple disciplines personal, and provided technical responses for the project construction group. Coordinated the offshore construction campaign activities, including, manpower skills, and scheduling construction group objectives.
