Role: Senior Business System Analyst

Scope: The scope of my project was to enhance their web application which involved adding new functionalities such as better user login experience, Freeze It and Finger Touch login functionality to improve the customer satisfaction and user experience.

Elicited business requirements by conducting JAD sessions, one to one session with the SME’S, Interviews, Document Analysis with project stakeholders and business owners.

Analyzed Change requests and conducted impact analysis to understand the impact of change on timeline, resources and effort. Worked with the Project Manager in the Change Request process.

Coordinated with the Project Manager in defining the scope/business area and requirements of the project.

Conducted GAP Analysis to understand limitations of the existing system and contributed to design of future system; assisted in modeling the AS-IS and TO-BE business workflow.
