Helping Educate to Advance the Rights of The Deaf (HEARD) 9/2015- present
• Researched state and federal statutes, decisions, codes, and legal documents used to advocate on behalf of clients.

• Worked closely with the Rochester Police Department (RPD). Managed and analyzed community surveys from Project Trust, Information, Program, Services (T.I.P.S).
• Conducted focus groups and wrote a community partner survey report for RPD's Reorganization evaluation.
• Measured procedural justice by facilitating focus groups using "Group Feedback Analysis" of various community members in the city of Rochester as part of the
