I started my Call Center career year 2004 with Cyber City Teleservices Inc. as a Spanish Bilingual Rep for different accounts under order entry from US catalogs in 2004. Then, fortunately I was transferred to another project as Customer Service for Cable TV provider for over a year which became an avenue for me in improving my skills both in call handling and the Spanish language. In 2006, I applied with KGB Inc. as a Directory Assistance Bilingual Spanish. With the experience under my belt, I became more confident in expanding my horizon by joining Accenture as a Spanish CSR for a utility account handling billing inquiries, service order requests and collections. I had the privilege to take series of required Classroom and Online trainings for capability development and improving skills to succeed. When the contract of the project ended in Accenture, I was given an opportunity to work with Nowcom Global Services as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative of one of the most respected and competitive car financing company in the US.
