Besides my responsibilities as a building mechanic I also handled the building's hazardous waste.
Pickups, up keep in proper storage, profiling and out of building proper disposal. Housekeeping and
inventory control were other responsibilities I was assigned on a regular basis. I also have a back
ground in janitorial and general building cleaning services.

After leaving my past employer of over 36 years I would bring to your company vast experience in
building's maintenance field. As you will see from my attached resume I have also been involved in all
aspects of hazardous waste from pick up, profiling, proper storage as well as disposal. Other
responsibilities include housekeeping, inventory control as well as janitorial and general building
