TITLE: - ELECTRICAL DRAWING OF BOTTLE FILLING MACHINE

NUMBER OF MACHINES ELECTRICAL PANEL DESIGN &COMMISSIONED: about 200.

Client : SS Packaging Bahadurgarh, Mundka and Kirti Nagar

Brief Control Philosophy: The major function of this machine to fill the cooking oil, Liquor, Water, Mineral Products, Engine oil and pharma Products in the bottles.

: Machines are running maximum 400 bpm speed

Types of Machine:

1.Rinser Rinsing Machines are washing bottle and jars internal surface. They can work with different types of containers from 60ml to 2 litters.

2.Monobloc: - Machines are filling the Liquor, Food, and Mineral Water Products.

3.Vacuum Bloc: - Machines are filling the Liquor, and Mineral Water Products.

4.Unibloc: - Unibloc is a fully Automatic Rotary Bottle Rinsing - Filling - Capping Machine designed for bottling of still drinks in PET bottles or glass bottles of different shapes and sizes.

5.Pharmabloc: - is a fully automatic rotary bottle filling of only pharma product like seruf glucose etc.

6.Viscobloc: - Machines are filling the viscous product in the bottle.

7.Capmatic: - CAPMATIC is a Fully Automatic Rotary Capping Machine. CAPMATIC machine is suitable to run and type, size and shape of caps

8.Unscrambler. Unscramble machine is a fully Automatic Rotary only PET Bottle fidding (arranging aline) in a proper row.

Brief Control Philosophy:

Bung Washing:-The stages of bung processing that will be addressed will be loading, washing with detergent, rinsing, siliconization, sterilization and drying.

Autoclave:- HPHV Steam Sterilizer is used for sterilization of liquid, Hard and Hard Porous Material, Glass ware, drugs and surgical instrument used a pharmaceutical and hospital facality.It is also used For Sterilization of containers, vessels, linen, rubber articles culture media etc.

2.Multicolumn:-Multi Column Distilled Water Plant or Water for Injection is used as a medium for majority of sterile preparations. Obviously it has to match the highest specifications as per the international standards of pharmaceutical world.

3.Pure Steam Generator:-pure steam generator is used to produce pyrogen free sterile steam for sterilization.

It meets the IP / BP, USP, US FDA standards and is used for sterilization in fermentors, reactors, pipelines & autoclaves. It is also used for humidification of sterile area.

5.Heat Tunnel:-The technology of super heater steam sterilizer was developed specifically for terminal treatment of solutions in closed flexible containers. It was developed primarily to overcome the temperature-pressure restrictions of the conventional steam sterilizer, so as to counter act the effects of the overpressure which unavoidably forms inside containers when they are sterilized using conventional saturated-steam autoclaves.
