With a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Excercise Sport Science, and over 20 years of experience in the healthcare settings, I am confident in my ability I can become a valued asset in your distinguished team.

Back on October 4, 2009 I had a life changing accident leaving me paralyzed and wheelchair bound for the rest of my life. I returned to work after three months in the hospital working three years before it took its toll on my health leaving me no option but to change my career path. I returned to school to pursue my Masters of Science degree in Informatics. I felt with my current experience in healthcare and this education I would be a perfect fit within this new field. I have worked very hard for both my health and education so I could continue to provide for my family.

Furthermore, with my past experience in health care and my current education it has provided me with opporutinities to develop and refine my communication, interpersonnel, time management, problem solving skills which enable me to successfully direct and lead diverse groups with different backgrounds and personalities. Having work in the medical field since 1994, I possess an in-depth knowledge of the daily operations of the treatment facilities. I excel in the areas of staff training, development, evaluation, and coordination. My strong attirbutes include community relations, project development and management, patient and family support, in-service training, decision making and problem solving. I have a proven ability to develop strong and meaningful relationships with management, faculaty, and community members, with the maintain focus in the best interest of the patient at all times.
