Kelvin Miller was the Corporate Vice President of Communications at Lifetouch Inc., an employee-owned photography company that has been trusted nationally and represented locally for over 80 years, where he oversaw public relations, communications, crisis management, and convention and meeting coordination. He represented Lifetouch as board member and treasurer of Project SUCCESS, a Minneapolis-based education enrichment program for Grades 6-12. Miller's association with Lifetouch, which has spanned more than 30 years, began when the company initiated a client relationship with Primarius Promotion, a longtime Minneapolis public relations agency owned by Miller. He moved to corporate Lifetouch in October 2009.

A Minnesota native, Miller earned a bachelor's degree in 1973 from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, MN, where he served as fine arts coordinator until establishing his Minneapolis agency in 1978. The College presented him with the Fine Arts Award in 1978, the Sesquicentennial Award in 2012, and the Library Associates Founder Award in 2013. The King of Sweden conferred the King's Silver Bicentennial medal for service to the Crown in 1976.
