Managed the planning and Implementation of the Visual Merchandising programs.

Managed three Visual Specialists in the planning of events while following strict Visual and brand guidelines of the Company.

Lent leadership to the store’s department management staff in the development of promotions and new merchandise within each department.

Managed the Visual department budget and the purchasing of all Visual props.

Raised the merchandise intake within the store by introducing and converting the wall fixtures to a full merchandise look, from floor to ceiling.

Timex Corporation 2000 – 2002 – In store merchandiser for the Walmart stores. Worked with the Store Managers, Department Managers and Sales staff. Position included; signing for promotions, stocking, cleaning and merchandising Timex Watches.

RAC Merchandising 2006 – 2009 – Handled two ongoing projects with RAC in a Belk store. Merchandised for Today’s Mother (maternity clothing). Second line handled was Malden Frames
